Isner Law Office will be closed to the public January 21 – 27, 2021

Like so many other businesses our office has unfortunately experienced a direct exposure to a confirmed positive case of COVID-19 and must close to the public until further testing is completed and the office is thoroughly cleaned.

Barring unforeseen complications we plan to reopen for normal business hours on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 with a limited staff.

All phone calls will be automatically forwarded to our staff who are working from home or, you may leave a message by pressing 2 and we will check them as frequently as possible.

Meet our Attorneys:

David C. Fuellhart III was born in Fairfax, Virginia in 1988. David graduated from Jefferson High School in 2007, and upon graduation chose to attend West Virginia University. At WVU, David was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity and held numerous leadership positions in the organization. David graduated cm laude from West Virginia University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy. After taking a year off from school, David was admitted to the West Virginia University College of Law. At the WVU College of Law, David focused primarily on litigation. He was a two-year member of the Moot Court at the College of Law. David graduated from the WVU College of Law in May 2015 in the top third of his class. He began full time employment as a Law Clerk with Isner Law Office in August 2015.

Phil Isner is a native of Elkins, West Virginia and a 1995 graduate of Elkins High School. Phil went on to attend Alderson Broaddus University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in both Business Administration and Marketing. Phil is also a 2003 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law. Following law school Phil worked at a large law firm in Charleston, West Virginia before returning to Elkins in 2005 where he has aggressively represented his clients all over the State of West Virginia. In 2014, Phil became the Managing Partner of Isner Law Office.
