El Paso and District 1 - there is a choice - the same old isn't inevitable. You saw it today with Meta misleading the community that they will provide 300 permanent jobs when they know and city hall knows its only 50 jobs paying less than $17.00.

Everyone wants good jobs and a growing economy for our people but it takes courage to stand up to a trillion dollar company to demand them for el paso. When the time came to show the nation that our city was not going to be pushed around on a bad deal, the incumbent seeking reelection stood down. Respectfully, we can no longer afford to stand down, as our people will be paid less than $17.00 an hour by a trillion dollar company getting an 80% tax cut.

Our plan to address the dwi epidemic that we created through my experience as a former federal prosecutor that is legal and enforceable on day 1. The last page of this slide is the absence of any plan by the incumbent.

Lets turn the page el paso to leadership that has the experience to make a difference on day 1. for district 1.

City Representative Alejandra Chávez respectfully we still have not heard back on our debate proposal. You pick time, place, anything - we will be there. District 1 deserves nothing less.

We have a drinking and driving epidemic in el paso and city leadership fails to take action. As a former prosecutor I've handled these cases and have proposed a legal and enforceable way to stem the tide.

The incumbant in district 1 has proposed no legislation or policy to address this. While she raises money at record rates for her relection she proposes nothing to keep our roads safe from drunk drivers.

Our plans at www.votemjk.com vs the incumbent. Ours provide detailed policy goals and initiatives while the incumbent has zero plans despite running for reelection.

El Paso is the 22nd largest city in America - we need leaders who have the qualifications to meet the expectations not those who are learning on the job. The incumbent has raised thousands of dollars for reelection while we all pinch our pennies to pay our bills.

City Representative Alejandra Chávez its time for us to debate and let the residents decide. I'm proposing 3 debates between you and I - you can pick the place, location, and moderator. District 1 deserves nothing less - standing by.

For those who have asked for accountability please encourage the incumbent to accept the debate offer.

If accountability doesn't stop at city council and our elected district leaders then where? We have been forced to watch as our property taxes go up, utility rates go up, and leaders do nothing to demand accountability from large corporations underpaying our residents.

Its time to turn the page and elect leadership that is ready on day one. Go to votemjk.com to see our plans to address taxes, growth, and meta. You will find no such plans for the incumbent.

Respectfully, I am the only candidate that has implemented legal policy at some of the highest levels of our government and also argued before the 5th Circuit and submitted briefs to the Supreme Court. Its time for leadership that is ready on day one, not someone who has watched our bills go up and offers no plans.

come november. As the former ethics advisor for United States Forces Korea / 8th Army I would never let a general officer engage in this type of conduct. Perceptions matter. Receiving donations then voting for someone who increases our water rates then gets another donation after voting for them speaks for itself.

We can and must do better for el paso and district 1.

Receiving campaign donations then voting for someone then again receiving campaign donations from that same person is just wrong especially when they vote to raise our rates. The political consults say people need to learn more about me. Well 5 years ago this weekend I married Gloria Carrasco, from meoqui chihuahua, in Guanajuato, guanajuato at the amazing Basílica Colegiata de Nuestra Señora de Guanajuato. Mateo was already there with Thiago in spirit arriving soon.

George bush commented one time during his 8 year administration that behind every strong man is a strong woman. I never understood that quote until I met you. Love at first sight I very much a real thing.

The reason top gun is because ive made her watch a few good men more times than she would admit and every guy who joined the army post 1980 felt the same way when the put their dog tags on the first time - where is the volleyball.
