Oklahoma’s biking community rallied Saturday to support one of its own, as hundreds of riders took part in a more than 200-mile charity poker run to benefit a fellow rider recovering from a devastating crash.

About 250 riders hit the road from Sugar Creek Casino in Hinton for a poker run benefiting Alex Taylor.

The ride, organized by the Downed Biker’s Association, is expected to raise $5,000 to $7,000 for the longtime rider’s recovery after a serious crash in April.
