Medical Malpractice can happen to anyone at any time, no matter how simple or routine a procedure is and can be devastating to you and your loved ones.

Last week, an Athens, GA jury awarded the family of Juan Molina $4.3 million after a week long trial for medical malpractice. Juan went to his physician for an EKG which came back abnormal and ordered a cardiac catheterization at the hospital to determine if he had a heart condition. The doctor placed the catheter in the wrong location, causing a perforation and Mr. Molina died from the complications.
