Another successful commercial closing in the books! 🎉 Jaguar Building Tampa, closed!

This week, **Yami Rangel** closed her second multimillion dollar transaction within just a few months.

Congratulations, Kim, on your first multi-million dollar sale! 🎉🏡

This one certainly wasn't easy. It involved five siblings, a probate estate, and a home that had been in the same family for generations. It was a transaction filled with emotions—joy, tears, memories, and ultimately closure.

At the closing table, family stories were shared, old memories were revisited, and the final chapter of this home's history with one family came to an end. Watching those memories be packed away was both bittersweet and beautiful.

What makes this story even more special is that a new family is now beginning their journey in this home. A three-month-old baby has already claimed his room, and the family is excitedly creating a vision for the future and the memories they will make there.
