According to the National Association of Realtors, single Gen Z women made up 35% of buyers in their generation, compared to just 18% of single Gen Z men. Across all generations, single women accounted for 25% of all home purchases last year. 👏

Translation?

📍 San Antonio: nearly 60% of sellers reduced prices
📍 Austin: 55.8%
📍 Dallas: 50.5%

Pending home sales just reached their highest level since September 2022, with contracts signed up 7.7% year over year. That’s a strong sign that confidence is returning to the housing market.

You might be surprised how common it’s becoming. According to a recent LendingTree survey, 40% of homeowners in 2026 received financial assistance when purchasing their home — and younger buyers are leading the trend.

✨ 78% of Gen Z homeowners received help
✨ 56% of Millennials
✨ 35% of Gen X
✨ 12% of Baby Boomers

What’s even more interesting? Assistance rates were nearly the same across income levels, proving that help with buying a home is more common than many people think.
