Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk in Fort Worth

On Saturday, October 10, Engel & Völkers DFW joined runners, walkers, and supporters at The Shops at Clearfork for the seventh annual Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk in Fort Worth.

Our team served breakfast to volunteers, first responders, and military.

The run honors Firefighter Stephen Siller. On September 11, 2001, he ran through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to the Twin Towers in full gear and gave his life saving others.

Since 9/11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation has provided mortgage-free homes to Gold Star families and to the families of fallen first responders with young children. It also builds specially adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. The children of home recipients receive full scholarships for college or accredited trade school programs. The Foundation is also working to end veteran homelessness.

The 2026 Komen Greater Fort Worth MORE THAN PINK Walk took place on October 3 at The Shops at Clearfork. It was a morning of walking, mocktails and connection in support of a cause that reaches every community.

Engel & Völkers DFW was proud to take part as a VIP sponsor. Our team served mocktails and met walkers, survivors and supporters throughout the morning.
