My son created a game called Mr. President and we would love to share it with you. He is on Dada’s security detail. We leave the house and I grab my collar and say “Eagle One is leaving the Castle”. Then the rule is I can only touch him or pick him up for safety reasons or if he asks. As long as we are safe he can walk wherever he wants and do whatever he pleases as long as he is safe I don’t stop him, I react the way head of security would act, and ONLY refer to him as Mr. President. When he is ready to go home is when we head back and I follow him. We play this every time we go outside if I need to walk the dogs or get the mail those are missions. But the game is to give your child confidence in themselves. We went on a Mr. President walk everyday for a week and he began saying hi to people walking their dogs and responding faster and listening better. I grab my collar and say things like “Eagle One is leaving the pool area and we are heading back to the Castle so let’s clear a path” or “ETA to the mailbox is 3 mins, let’s stay on our toes people” he hears this and smiles, it’s a way for us to play, communicate, bond and explore. We hope you love it as much as we do. ❤️

We say good morning to each other everyday. I make coffee with my son every morning and never rush, always slow and always to my liked songs playlist. I sing him the entire song of “Swallowed in the Sea” when I put him down for a nap or for the night. Same playlist at every bath time, same bed time routine everyday. I want my love to be so consistent that it’s taken for granted. A given that I’ll have his back no matter what, I don’t baby him, I let him make small choices and respect them. Once he has made them they are a commitment he will follow through with. I have never helped him up or react when he stumbles. He has never seen me angry, upset, or heard me say a single complaint. If you know me you know I don’t lie especially about what I take seriously. I found God’s love through fatherhood. This boy and his mother have done more for me than I ever thought possible and I owe them the world, so I show up EVERYDAY. Love is consistency, Love hold no grievances, and Love knows no conditions. ❤️

I’ve seen clients spend thousands of dollars just to be told:
“There is no mold issue in this home.”
But when they see the data (clear, analytical results in black and white), it changes how they live in their space.

One thing I see far too often: fresh paint covering up old water stains.
In high-end homes, especially ones getting minor “face-lift” renovations before listing, moisture damage is often just painted over with the thought that if it is out of sight, it is out of mind. But moisture doesn’t disappear with color. It hides behind walls, under trim, and in HVAC systems, sure to become a problem later.
My dual background in real estate and mold assessment helps my clients see beyond the surface. I don’t just look at finishes, I use a thermal camera to look for any active moisture in all areas for a potential home purchase or in a home before listing. I look for these environmental factors that could affect your home’s long-term health.
