Our seller had already relocated, so todayโ€™s closing was handled from a distance.

Milka and I were there with Melissa, the closing officer, to see the transaction through and ensure every final detail was in place. A special thank you to Independence Title for the exceptional care you continue to provide to us and our clients.

Good representation isnโ€™t measured by who is sitting at the closing table. Itโ€™s measured by how well a client is represented when they canโ€™t be.

From listed to multiple offers to sold, we were there through the final signature.

Inside, the layout flows exactly the way it should. The kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, with plenty of cabinet and counter space, a breakfast bar, and high ceilings that make the home feel open and connected.

There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a flexible room currently used as an office that can easily serve as a fourth bedroom, playroom, or workout space.

The owners added thoughtful built-ins throughout, including a drop zone near the entry for coats, shoes, and backpacks, along with a built-in desk area in the hallway.

The same thought continues outdoors. A front pergola gives the home character from the street, while another pergola and an outdoor fire pit make the backyard a place you will actually use.

Fresh interior and exterior paint, foam insulation, and carefully considered updates complete a home that feels personal, functional, and genuinely well cared for.

Today I was showing a house that had a bidet ๐Ÿšฝ.

The buyers had never seen one before, so naturally the first thing they did was ๐จ๐ก ๐ฐ๐จ๐ฐ ๐ฌ๐ฐ๐ž๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ž ๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ค and start pushing buttons to see how it worked.

Well let's just say it worked. ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐Ÿคฃ

I'm standing there laughing my ass off but at the same time all I could think was. Y'all do realize someone's bare butt was just a few centimeters away from that sprayer, right? ๐Ÿคข๐Ÿคฎ

The buyers were in complete shock because they thought there would be some kind of warning before it sprayed. Nope straight to the face and mouth! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Now we've got a wet floor ๐Ÿซช no towels anywhere and thank god it was tile flooring and that DG was just down the street.

Feedback to the sellers:
The buyers aren't interested... apparently the bidet needs a warning siren before it sprays. ๐Ÿคช

Please tell me I'm not the only Realtor who's experienced something like this?
