✨CDCC Member Spotlight✨

Dana J. Stewart of Grinke Stewart Law, PLLC

When it comes to navigating family law, attorney Dana Stewart brings both strength and compassion to the table—but it’s his passion for collaborative law that truly sets him apart.

For Dana, collaborative law offers families something invaluable: a path forward rooted in respect, privacy, and problem-solving—not conflict. He believes that when parties work together outside of the courtroom, they can create more meaningful, customized solutions that protect not only their financial futures, but also their relationships—especially when children are involved.

With extensive experience handling everything from high-net-worth divorces to custody matters and serving as an Amicus and ad litem attorney, Dana understands the emotional weight his clients carry. That’s why he’s committed to guiding them toward resolutions that minimize stress and uncertainty while keeping their goals front and center.

💬 “Collaborative law allows families to maintain control over their outcomes and move forward with dignity. It’s about finding solutions—not fueling conflict.”

Outside the courtroom, Dana’s dedication to discipline and growth carries into his personal life—from ultra-endurance races to martial arts training—but at his core, he’s a family man who understands what’s truly at stake for his clients.

Last night's Team Thursday did not disappoint! 💫

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible panelists -- family law attorneys Rachel Li, Mona Hosseiny Tovar, and Chandni Patel, and moderator Sarah Aminzadeh Milinsky — for bringing such depth and expertise to this conversation.

We explored how cultural norms and expectations - particularly in South Asian, Middle Eastern, and broader Asian families - shape client participation, decision-making, and case outcomes in divorce. Gold. Extended family influences and obligations. Patriarchal dynamics. Pride. Attitudes toward therapy and conflict resolution. The collaborative model is uniquely positioned to address and navigate such culturally significant issues.

It was such an interesting discussion - we needed more time! Thank you to everyone that came out!
