Khirallah Trial Attorneys co-founder Rachel Khirallah will join U.S. Magistrate Judge Rebecca Rutherford (Northern District of Texas) and Judge Tonya Parker of the 116th Judicial District Court of Dallas County for an in-depth discussion titled: “The Bench, the Bar, and the Bots: Artificial Intelligence in Modern Law – Practical Uses, Pitfalls, and Lessons Learned.”
Together, the panel will explore how courts are addressing AI in filings, the ethical guardrails lawyers must observe, risks involving confidentiality and privilege, and practical ways attorneys can responsibly integrate AI into their practices. This conversation will provide valuable insight from both the federal and state bench on what lawyers should be doing now and what to expect next as AI continues to evolve within the legal system.
