When you think you’ve heard every excuse Allstate comes up with a whopper….Allstate is trying to have my client declared legally incompetent just to avoid paying a $500,000 fire claim…premiums are skyrocketing around the country to fund frivolous denials and lawsuits against us for filing a claim. Never settle!!!
