🏠 THE RENOVATION IS COMPLETE. THE PROPERTY LOOKS GREAT. SO WHY HASN’T IT SOLD?
Even a well-renovated property may take longer to sell because of:
• Higher buyer financing costs
• Increased housing inventory
• Pricing above current market expectations
• Appraisal concerns
• Seasonal changes in buyer activity
• A longer-than-expected marketing period
A slower sale does not automatically mean the project has failed.
However, if the bridge loan is approaching maturity, the investor may need a financing solution that creates more time to sell the property properly.
Would you reduce the price, refinance for more time, or consider keeping the property as a rental?
