Not everyone sees what goes on behind the scenes in real estate… and trust me—it’s not always easy.

This was my July closing, and without a doubt one of the most challenging transactions I’ve experienced to date.

Over 20 homes toured.
Multiple offers written.
Countless conversations, strategy shifts, and moments of uncertainty.
