I would like to give A HUGE thank you to Diane and Kenny for allowing me to work for them!! These two amazing people were referred to me by another Realtor (Maggie Wells) to get their home here in Georgia sold. Their only goal was to be closer to their daughter and grandkids in Kentucky. Plus, They had already found a home there and needed to sale this home to be able make the purchase before someone else did!

I made a promise to Maggie, that I would do everything I could to make her look like an absolute rockstar!

After speaking with Diane and Kenny, we decided on our plan of action and I got to work!

(*Side note* just before we went active, another house in the neighborhood that was more updated inside and out did not appraise(our asking price)and was back on market!! )
Not good news for us, but there's always a way to use it to your Benefit . We adjusted our plan a little and put the home on the market!!

Well... the verdict is in, and in exactly 30 days(from market to closing table) we were able to receive multiple offers, and ended up selling for more than we had originally anticipated !!! $30,000 more to be exact!!! We closed on Thursday, and I'm happy to say they were able to purchase their home in Kentucky and close the very next day!!!

Thank you so much for allowing me the opportunity to work for you!! Now, go enjoy that beautiful family!!!!

Today’s Housing Inventory Is a Sweet Spot for Sellers

One of the biggest challenges in the housing market right now is how few homes there are for sale compared to the number of people who want to buy them. To help emphasize just how limited housing inventory still is, let’s take a look at the latest information on active listings, or homes for sale in a given month, as it compares to more normal levels.

According to a recent report from Realtor.com, “On average, active inventory in June was 50.6% below pre-pandemic 2017–2019 levels.”

If you’re thinking about selling your house, that low inventory is why this is a great time to do so. Buyers have fewer choices now than they did in more normal years, and that’s continuing to impact some key statistics in the housing market.
