h School. He served on Active Duty for four years. During this time, he had the humbling experience of meeting and making friends with a diverse group of brothers – many of whom remain an influence in his life today. He received numerous medals for superior performance during his service. Upon leaving active duty, he returned to his immediate family in NorthWest Arkansas where he attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Upon completion of his undergraduate work, he received his Bachelor's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems at the top of his class. He then went on to get his Juris Doctorate at the same university. While in Law School, he was active in many organizations including serving as the student Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Islamic Law and Culture. Upon leaving Law School, he and his family relocated back to his home state of Texas. He started his career as a title attorney in real estate. He then went on to build a successful litigation practice in the Dallas Metroplex. He is a skilled litigator and practices in the area of probate and family law. He is a Certified Mediator in Family matters and a Certified Parenting Facilitator / Coordinator. He is trained as a collaborative law professional in family law. Education

⚖️ FOR CURRENT CLIENTS: I know the legal system doesn't always take a holiday! Please rest easy knowing that if you have a hearing or matter already scheduled on the docket during this break, we will be there - even if remote - or have coordinated with the Court as appropriate.

Our law office will be generally closed on November 10th and the 11th.

From the Marine Corps' founding at Tun Tavern in 1775 to following 250 years of battlefield valor, the Marine Corps has built a legacy of honor, courage, and commitment.

This November we celebrate the Corps' 250th milestone birthday (Nov 10th) and then immediately honor the service of all veterans on Veterans Day (Nov 11th). It’s a powerful reminder of the unbroken chain of sacrifice that has protected our nation for 250 years.

We are starting fall already this year, it moves fast. It's only a few weeks away from Halloween (not much more than 4 weeks as of this post) and a few days there after - the US Marine Corps Birthday. We are 'digitally' remodeling so to speak for fall 'cleaning'. During this time, there will be no interruption to client matters. We will be rolling out new and expanded ways to engage the firm - both for clients and to the Coastal Bend Community for family law matters.

The summer is upon us. School graduations have concluded or about to conclude. Father's day is June 15, 2025. Most orders have a provision giving father's the superior right of possession of their children from at least 6pm on June 13, 2025 until 6pm June 15, 2025. This generally supersedes other possession periods. (Your orders may vary.)
