It is going to be a VERY BUSY Friday y'all! My buyer is now officially UNDER CONTRACT on 518 Chase Drive in the Windsor Park neighborhood in the Bay Area!!!

I spotted this listing as soon as it came on the market and I was able to get my client on the property by day 2 of the listing. By day 3 of the listing we had an executed contract and today we will be get all of our inspections knocked out! I am FIRED UP for my buyer, this is a FANTASTIC property and we were able to get it UNDER CONTRACT before it turned into a multiple offer situation.

Now the fun begins, I look forward to having the opportunity to do the work that needs to get done in order to ensure my client ends up at the closing table successfully!

TODAY WAS CLOSING DAY Y'ALL!!! They say that good things come to those who wait, well that definitely proved to be so TRUE with this particular deal! My seller found me online back in early July and he said he needed my help listing a home he owned in Kingsville. I drove out to Kingsville and assessed the property and gave my client a list of suggested repairs and various other to-do's and he deciding to do ALL OF THEM. Once it hit the market we were able to get it UNDER CONTRACT in just 11 DAYS y'all!!! The preparation that goes into getting a property ready to be listed is absolutely critical y'all!

Thankfully everyone involved in this deal was patient and worked together to get it to the closing table successfully! WE ARE OFFICIALLY CLOSED AND FUNDED ON 315 E. ALEXANDER AVENUE!!!

I need to thank my client for giving me the opportunity to serve him as his listing agent and for trusting me to help him find a buyer for their property. Thank you!
