It is CLOSING DAY y'all.......AGAIN!!! How important are my TAILOR-MADE REALTY GROUP Open Houses to my business??? Well, they led directly to these clients deciding to list their old home with me in the Bay Area, which closed yesterday, and today we closed on their new home in Pharaoh Valley! Earlier this morning we successfully CLOSED on 6626 Pharaoh Drive y'all!!!

I need to thank my buyers for giving me the opportunity to serve as their buyers agent and for trusting me to help them find their next home in the Pharaoh Valley neighborhood. Thank you!!!

Of course I want to thank my teammates at the TAILOR-MADE REALTY GROUP for their continued support and their mentorship in this profession.

It is CLOSING DAY y'all!!! This closing is yet another example of just how important my TAILOR-MADE REALTY GROUP Open Houses are. I first met my clients a year ago at one of my Bay Area Open Houses but they didn't officially become my clients until February of this year. I hadn't seen them since last summer and we reconnected at one of my Open Houses in the Pope Place neighborhood and very quickly thereafter they decided to list their home on Lawnview Street and they were ready to start looking for their next house! Today we successfully CLOSED AND FUNDED on 3651 Lawnview Street y'all!!! Tomorrow morning we will close on their new home in the Pharaoh Valley neighborhood!!!

I need to thank my sellers for giving me the opportunity to serve as their listing agent and for trusting me to help them sell their home in the Bay Area. Thank you!!!

It is CLOSING DAY y'all!!! Stop me please if you have heard me say this before but, I LOVE REFERRALS!!! This referral came to me from a broker in Baltimore, Maryland. The broker in question happens to be related to my clients and she was looking for someone to guide her first time homebuyers through the process. They say that every deal is different in some way and this particular deal reinforced that sentiment for sure. I am convinced that this deal was put in my life to teach me yet another lesson in the importance of patience and effective communication. Today we successfully CLOSED on 3023 Pimlico Lane y'all!!!
