CREA CARES ❤️ Help Us Support Our Community!

The Coronado Real Estate Association (CREA) is proud to once again support Alpha Project with a community donation drive…and we’d love your help!

As cooler weather approaches, Alpha Project is in need of clothing and everyday essentials for our neighbors experiencing homelessness. It’s a great opportunity to clean out your closets and put gently used items to good use.

🧥 We’re collecting:
Men’s & women’s gently used clothing, jackets, hats, scarves, blankets, cold-weather clothing, books, hygiene items, plastic ponchos and tarps. Men’s items are especially needed. New underwear, socks and undershirts are also welcome. (New only for these items; no children’s donations, please.)

📅 Saturday, October 10 | 9–11 AM
📍 Behind U.S. Bank, 800 Orange Avenue, Coronado

Just drive by and drop off your donations—we’ll take it from there!

At CREA, we believe real estate is about more than homes. It’s about community and helping care for the people who call our San Diego area home.

Please share this post and help us spread the word. Every donation can make a difference. ❤️

Summer Sundays in Coronado. 🎶

Live music, neighbors, friends, picnic blankets and one of those beautiful evenings that reminds me why I love this community.

Only a two more Concert in the Park Sundays before we say goodbye to summer!

We celebrated Fred Eckert, Chicago Title and his many years of service to the Coronado Real Estate Association, CREA.

The room was filled with gratitude, generosity, and appreciation…what a special community. 🏠💛

Thank you, Fred, for your friendship, service and contributions over the years. We wish you a joyful and well-deserved retirement!

With gratitude,

From wide-open bayfront views (no dock) to canal-front living with a dock, to a home not on the water, the Coronado Cays has something for every kind of coastal dreamer.

And this one pictured? It brings something rare to the Cays…a private pool overlooking the water.✨

I’m curious…

What’s your ideal setup?

🚤 Canal-front with a dock (boat right at your back door)
