A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2007; with a diverse and successful track record including the sales of multi-family properties and single-family dwellings. I have extensive knowledge of the San Diego metro area rental rates as well as sales values. I have a strong record of successful sales transactions totaling over $156 million in consideration. Both my clients

and colleagues know and value my honesty, integrity, and communication skills. They know, I will go above and beyond to understand objectives and negotiate through obstacles. I provide my clients, the best possible representation and effortless ways to maximize property values. I walk my clients through every step of the transaction which mitigates stress levels and increases efficiency as well as satisfaction. My services include property assessment and opinions of value, information, and strategies to maximize value, marketing, and transparent communication. Besides real estate, I am also an active board member and civic participant. I serve as the Social Chair for the Coronado Junior Woman's Club, where the mission benefits Women and Children and enhances the spirit of Coronado through educational, civic and philanthropic services. Through this organization, I help plan the Taste of Coronado, the Coronado Flower Show, Halloween Window Painting, Turkey Coloring Contest and sponsoring a Concert in the Park. Prior to the Flower Show, I host an annual community Flower Workshop where kids of all ages can show off their creativity and make arrangements to be entered into the Flower Show. I am a participant of the Coronado Schools Foundation, a member of the Advisory Committee of the Arizona Alumni Association, a member of Pi Beta Phi Alumni Association, Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors, and Coronado Association of Realtors. I also am on the auxiliary committee at Rady's Children's Hospital and will co-chair the 2021 annual Thanksgiving Turkey Trot. When I am not working, I spend time with my husband Tim, and love coaching our two young boys in baseball. I also enjoy engaging in a few passions which include running, yoga, tennis, good food, and traveling! I hold a bachelor's degree, in Communications and minor in Spanish from the University of Arizona. I have been a consistent Top Producer since 2013 with achievements awards in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. I have been recognized for Excellence by the San Diego Association of Realtors, 40 under 40, the Union-Tribune and International Presidents Circle Top 1% Worldwide designee.
