Frozen AC lines? Here are few tips on how to fix it.
-Check the air flow. If your filter is really dirty that will prevent air from circulating. Replace your filter.
-Low refrigerant levels. Call an HVAC professional to come out and check it out.
-Dirty coils. You can try to clean those yourself or call a professional HVAC company to service your unit.

Inspection time! We found some exposed cloth wires in an old house and they were live. Meaning there is power going through them and anyone could get shocked if they accidentally ran into it or put their finger inside the box.

Cloth wiring (pre-1960s) is considered a significant fire and safety hazard because the insulation becomes brittle, cracks, and flakes off over time, exposing live, bare wires. It lacks modern grounding, cannot handle heavy electrical loads, and is easily damaged by pests, posing risks of electrical shock and arcing.

Overloaded breaker alert 🚨
A hot circuit breaker on a thermal camera is a significant indicator of an overloaded circuit or a loose/corroded connection, posing a fire risk. My recommendation was to Immediately reduced load on that breaker.
