A Cross Law Firm PLLC has been really quiet this year, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy.

We have relaunched our website, and updated our offerings, check it out! Now you can:

As always, we continue to offer several bankruptcy and debt relief options as a service to our clients. We are also offering assistance with refilings and bankruptcy filing amendments at flat rates if your matter qualifies. First time chapter 7 bankruptcy filers are eligible for the one-time fixed flat rate offering. We also offer a flat retainer option for those first time chapter 13 filers (if your case qualifies).

We have added estate planning & probate litigation to our service offerings. We have been working in this area for awhile now on an individual case by case basis, but we are happy to finally have the opportunity to provide this service to the public.

We are still offering limited scope services on a case by case basis in the area of family law to help those who are struggling financially, but still need family law assistance in a limited capacity or in regards to a limited family or divorce issue.
