Stay updated on my journey and connect with me for legal advice or discussions! I am currently an L.L.M. candidate at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, with a focus on enhancing my legal expertise and contributing to the global legal community. I hold a B.A.LL.B. from Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuvan University, and have a profound passion for legal advocacy, justi
ce, and public service. In Nepal, I practiced as an advocate and served as an associate at Justice Law Association, where I developed substantial expertise in client counseling, legal drafting, and courtroom advocacy. My portfolio includes handling high-profile and complex cases, particularly in constitutional law, such as leading a significant writ petition in the Supreme Court of Nepal challenging the government's ban on TikTok. My commitment to legal education extends to mentoring future legal professionals as a tutor at Plato Academy of Law and Dejure Institute of Law, preparing aspiring lawyers for success in their careers. Additionally, I served as an elected member of the Free Students Union at Nepal Law Campus, where I led the moot court committee and championed student rights, further solidifying my leadership and advocacy skills. Regularly contributing articles on political, legal, and social matters to national newspapers, I aim to drive positive change and foster a deeper understanding of legal issues. My career reflects a dedication to upholding justice, with a strong focus on constitutional, criminal, and civil law. As I approach graduation in December 2025, I am committed to advancing my legal career in the U.S. or internationally, with a keen interest in immigration, human rights, public interest, and criminal defense. I am actively seeking opportunities where I can apply my skills and experience to advocate for equitable outcomes and contribute to meaningful legal work that impacts lives and communities.
