Shaping the Next Generation: Judith Sherwin Returns for Sixth Year as Constitutional Law Scholar

Aronberg Goldgehn – Of Counsel Judith Sherwin has begun her sixth year as an online Constitutional Law Scholar for the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. The program connects middle through college level students nationwide with legal professionals who are experienced in both litigating constitutional law issues and/or teaching constitutional law.

Teaching students to understand our constitutional system and how it works has been a priority for Judy and it is a prime way to engage, inform and perhaps inspire the next generation through these classes and discussions on constitutional law and the judicial system.

Aronberg Goldgehn is delighted to announce that Dan Cotter has been appointed Chair of the Insurance Regulation General Committee of the ABA’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (“TIPS”) for the 2026-27 bar year.

Dan will also serve as Immediate Past Chair of the TIPS Cybersecurity and Data Privacy General Committee, continuing his leadership at the intersection of insurance, regulation, technology, and emerging risk.
