Responsibilities:

● Represent clients in all aspects of family law and divorce law, including divorce proceedings, child custody, support, and property division.
● Advise clients on their legal options and rights.
● Draft legal documents and negotiate settlements.
● Appear in court and advocate on behalf of clients.


Requirements:

● Active bar license to practice in Virginia.
● Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
