✨ Notary Tips to Make Your Appointment Quick & Smooth ✨

Getting a document notarized doesn’t have to be stressful! Here are a few simple tips to make the process easy and fast:

📄 1. Bring a valid, unexpired ID
Driver’s license, passport, or state ID works best. The name on your document should match the name on your ID.

🖊️ 2. Don’t sign anything ahead of time
Your notary must watch you sign. If you sign early, the notary may not be able to proceed.

📚 3. Make sure all pages are present
Even if you're only signing one page, the notary needs the entire document.

👀 4. Read your document before the appointment
Notaries can’t explain or give legal advice, so make sure you understand what you’re signing.

👥 5. All signers must be present
If others need to sign, they must bring their IDs and appear in person (or on camera for RON).

🕒 6. Give yourself a few extra minutes
A smooth notarization takes just a little time to verify identity and complete the certificate.
