My clients are officially closed on a beautiful one-off home built by a boutique builder — and I’m so excited for them! ❤️
A lot of people automatically think of large national builders when they hear “new construction,” but boutique builders can offer something really special too: more character, unique design choices, thoughtful craftsmanship, and homes that don’t always feel like every other house in the neighborhood.
One thing I also want buyers to understand is this: just because a home is built by a smaller or boutique builder does NOT mean you skip important steps in the process.
We still approached this transaction professionally and strategically by completing inspections, reviewing contracts, discussing timelines, evaluating the quality of construction, and navigating the process just like we would with a national builder.
Whether my clients are purchasing from a large builder, a semi-custom builder, or a boutique builder, my goal stays the same: help them make informed decisions and protect their investment throughout the process.
