I get that there is a bunch of options for townhouses near Uptown Charlotte, but this one is different. While inventory is increasing pricing continues to go up. Some buyers are waiting for rates to drop, but any decrease is likely lost because of the increase price of properties.

Best to find a home now that you can afford and then refinance as rates drop while enjoying the equity gained as a result of buying when prices were lower.
