(currently one of the largest builders in the area) Rick quickly helped the builder produce an increase of 35% in his first year with new home sales of 89 units and 9 million in sales volume. In 1989-90 that was a major accomplishment considering the new home average price was less than half of today’s average. Rick was promoted to Sales Manager in less than 2 years. Rick became one of the top honored New Home Sales professionals by the New Home Builders Association for more than 6 years straight. Second, Ricks experience as an existing buyers broker began after a promotion as a manager in general brokerage. Ricks knowledge of the areas and his personal relationship with many of the local builders and mortgage lenders became very important to his clients. Third, Ricks experience as a sellers broker helping sellers market effectively with maximum results developed him as one of the top marketing professionals in the area.
