We're making our way around the office introducing the incredible people behind High Performance Real Estate Advisors since we've had a lot of new faces join us recently! Today, meet Mimi Hsu, our Director of Operations, Thomas' right hand, and quite honestly... the heart and soul of HPREA.

If you've worked with our team over the last decade, chances are Mimi has played a role in your experience... even if you've never met her.

A Charlotte native and Elon University graduate, Mimi joined HPREA in 2012 with a passion for helping people. Since then, she's been one of the driving forces behind our growth, from a team closing around 26 transactions a year to helping hundreds of families annually (closing a home every 48 hours).

She's worn just about every hat imaginable, built the systems that keep our team running, mentored agents, recruited incredible talent, and helped create the client experience HPREA is known for today.

But what really makes Mimi special isn't what's on her resume. It's who she is. She's the first to jump in and help, the calm in the middle of the chaos, and the biggest cheerleader for everyone around her. She makes sure both our clients and our team feel supported every step of the way.
