Are you thinking of buying new? Don’t go in alone!
Having your own agent means you’ve got someone in your corner, looking out for your best interests, helping you understand the fine print, negotiating on your behalf, and guiding you every step of the way.
A lot of people assume new construction is clean cut, but there’s actually so much your Realtor can advocate for:
* Negotiating builder deposits, price, and appliances
** Securing incentives and upgrades
** Connecting you with a third-party inspector
* Ensuring you don’t miss any important details
If you tour new construction without your Realtor and go under contract directly with the builder’s sales agent, it becomes very hard for your agent to step in and advocate for you later.
Remember the builder’s rep works for the builder, NOT for you.
Always let the sales office know you’re represented, and always bring your Realtor to new construction tours. It can save you stress, money, and headaches down the road.
