First time home buyers in Charleston, you have options.

Closing day for my buyer and I am excited for her to make this house her HOME.

She asked questions, looked at options, spoke with lenders, asked more questions, weighed the pros and cons of all options and asked more questions.

It may not be her forever home but it will always be her first home.

Oh how Charleston keeps this little mascot a secret to the outsiders. I still remember that first weekend we moved here 14 years ago and the property manager said, “Welcome to Charleston.” And then blessed my heart. 😂
