Every year, Memorial Day rolls around and we talk about honoring the fallen. We say the words, we post the flags, and we mean it.
But this year, it hits different, for a close family friend of ours. It feels heavy, it feels incredibly sad, and it is entirely personal.
Our dear friends recently lost their son. He was a young man who knew his purpose early, who was currently serving, and who was so willing to step up for all of us. He was taken from us entirely too soon, joining the ranks of so many men and women who gave everything before they ever truly got to come home.
We recently gathered to celebrate his life, and it was one of the most touching, heartbreaking, and completely amazing things I have ever witnessed. Seeing the love that surrounded him and his family, his military family and so many friends including our own changed how I look at today forever.
So today isn’t just another long weekend or a standard day of remembrance for me. It is a reminder of the real, sad, beautiful, brave people behind the uniforms, and the families left carrying that weight.
To everyone who has lost someone they love to service, and to the incredible young man we are missing today, Alex, you are not forgotten. ♥️

When the showings are there, but the offers aren’t...
A lot of agents will tell you “any traffic is good traffic.” But if you’re getting showings and zero offers, the market is talking to you.
My recent sellers wanted to test a higher price point. The buyers came to look, but they weren’t biting. That traffic gave us the exact data we needed to realize the price was a hurdle.
Instead of digging our heels in, we moved decisively. We adjusted the price to match the market’s expectations, and we snagged an offer the very first day it hit the new price.

My 60-Day Bestie Performance Review 🏆
I didn’t do Cinco de Mayo. I didn’t have time. April and May have been a “sheer experience” marathon that I’m not sure I’ve recovered from yet.
The “Social Bestie” Stats:
The OG: Pulled off a surprise 40th for my forever bestie. (Nobody cried, we call that a win.)
The Tour: Saw Charlie twice in three weeks. We’re basically his backup singers now. Thx for taking me both times Ciel!
The Icons: No Doubt in Vegas. Gwen was good! The vibe was a core memory-thanks Britt! Missed you!
The Life Wife Win: Countless awards and dinners. You don't get to the top alone -cheers to Brittnie and her crushing it behind the scenes!!
The Mogul: Celebrated Andrea and her team’s new office. Big boss energy only. 🏢
The “Once a Year” Wow What Were We Thinking: LIV Pool Club with DJ Sommar Ray. It was loud, it was wild, and it reminded me exactly why I only do the pool club circuit once every 365 days. My bikini and I are officially retired until 2027. 👙🪩
The “Arizona Bestie” Stats:
In between the weddings and engagements, concerts and events, I managed to list 4 homes and put 4 more under contract. Turns out, you can negotiate a deal and scream-sing No Doubt lyrics in the same 24-hour window. 🏡🫶
The Verdict: This bestie is tired. This bestie is grateful. This bestie is currently horizontal on the couch with an iced coffee and a contract!
