Would you feel misled by this—or is it fair marketing? 👀
I recently came across a listing where one of the first photos showed a beautifully remodeled kitchen.
Quartz countertops. Shaker cabinets. A large island. New lighting. The whole thing.
A few photos later, I realized that wasn’t the actual kitchen—it was an AI rendering of what the kitchen could look like after a full remodel.
I understand showing buyers a home’s potential. But when the digitally remodeled version appears before the home’s actual condition, does that help buyers visualize the possibilities—or does it create a false first impression?
Personally, I’m not a fan.
