This birthday felt like stepping into your little dream world, unicorns, sparkles, princess dresses, face painting, and tiny hands building their own unicorns (with birth certificates 🥹). Just pure joy everywhere. And of course… endless bouncing, laughing, and being kids.

Everything about this day felt so you, soft, magical, full of love.

Watching you grow into who you are is my favorite thing in the world.

Something new is here , and I’m so ready to talk about it.
For years I’ve believed real estate could genuinely change people’s lives. I’ve seen it happen over and over. That belief kept growing ,until I realized it was time to build something bigger.
So I did.
invests in multifamily apartment communities in markets like Dallas where populations are growing and the fundamentals are strong. Steady income. Real tax advantages. Wealth that compounds.
I’m still fully in San Diego doing what I love ,that’s not changing. But this is the next chapter.
