Please be assured that buyer-broker compensation is not being eliminated; the process is evolving. Key future changes include modifications in how commission is communicated and paid. Importantly, the ability for sellers to offer concessions via MLS that could include Buyer Broker Compensation remains, although it will be subject to negotiation within the purchase contract.
