We had two closings this past week with similar stories. Congratulations is a complicated word this time. Some transactions are more challenging than others. People’s reasons for selling aren’t always happy ones and as agents we take on a lot of different roles throughout the process. In these cases, with the typical relief on closing day comes something a little extra.
