I founded Daniel Sagiv Law Group after having advocated for hundreds of people injured in car accidents, slip and fall accidents, dog bites, and other traumatic incidents. I also represented Doctors, Chiropractors, and MRI Facilities who were not paid properly by insurance companies, in PIP (personal injury protection) suits. It was in this work that I learned litigation and negotiation skills, an
d how crucial it is to make client satisfaction my top priority. I am passionate about helping people who have been treated wrongfully by insurance companies. I strive to promote understanding of the legal process by constantly communicating with clients, and making myself available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Prior to founding Daniel Sagiv Law Group, I practiced at a boutique firm in South Florida, and served as head of the Personal Injury Department where I personally settled over 500 cases. I graduated with Honors from The University of Miami and Florida International University School of Law, and was a member of Law Review, The Board of Advocates (Moot Court), and also earned the Florida Bar’s “Outstanding Local Government Award.”
I was admitted to both the Florida and New Jersey Bars, and remain involved in the Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association as a Personal Injury Committee Member, and Broward County Bar Association.
