Don’t let pressure make you walk away from what you prayed for.

This weekend I spent two full days in the scorching heat hand delivering 400 invitations to the neighbors around our new listing at 233 Margherita Ave, North of Montana. Door to door, house to house, in the heat, just to make sure the right people knew about this one.

That’s the kind of work nobody sees. No cameras, no captions, just the grind that happens before the “overnight success.”

Combined with our other pre-marketing efforts, including our coffee barista cart on-site, we welcomed almost 100 people through the door at our first open house, with some seriously promising interest already coming in.
