Taking a moment to celebrate a great sale. My clients came to me after the unfortunate passing of their mother. With careful strategy and tactical repairs we were able to far exceed their expectations, receiving 14 offers and a beautiful sold price. The money is going to the decedents children for whom this is a life altering outcome.

For those unclear on why the president is doubling down on tariffs. It isn't complicated.
They give him what he wants, which is to have the whole world coming to him and asking him for something.
Because that is the narcissist's dream. The whole world responding to his power.
And like all narcissistic personality behaviors, it is purely short term. When the rush of it wears off for him, and counter punches start landing he will want a bigger dream. He will chase the feeling for the rest of his life, and because it didn't last, he will assume he has to go bigger.
Which means the next demand has to be bigger. This path leads our country to only 2 places: removing him from office or having a full on war.

This reinforces the basis for my best home security hack. It's simple: put an image of a human face with eyes somewhere visible facing the front of your house.

People, at a VERY deep neurological level, are aware of being watched. There is also a lot of evidence that people who feel watched behave more ethically.

Will this stop someone breaking into your house the way a big fence will? No, but it costs almost nothing, isn't hostile, doesn't impede your own use of your property, and is very easy. You can literally just put a poster in your window.

A new study shows that knowing you're under surveillance triggers a faster, automatic brain response to detect faces and gaze direction.
