🏡 CLOSED — AND THIS ONE MEANS A LITTLE MORE! 🔑

Some closings are smooth. Some closings test your patience, determination, and ability to keep pushing forward. This one did all of that.

I’ve had the privilege of working with this buyer for over a year, searching for the right home and navigating everything that comes with the home-buying process. There were disappointments along the way, but we stayed focused on the goal.

Then we found the house. Unfortunately, getting from contract to closing was anything but easy. This deal faced several setbacks and actually fell apart along the way. There were moments when it would have been easy to accept that it just wasn’t going to happen.

But I wasn’t ready to give up on my buyer.

I kept making calls, working through the problems, communicating with everyone involved, and fighting to find a way to put this deal back together. After a year of working together and one very challenging transaction, we finally made it to the closing table! 🙌

THIS is why I love what I do. Being a REALTOR® isn’t just about showing houses or putting a sign in the yard. Sometimes it’s about being there when things get difficult, finding solutions when problems arise, and fighting for your client all the way to the closing table.
