Working in local mills during his college years, Pete L. Magill saw firsthand how injured workers lacked the legal representation they desperately needed. That realization sparked a lifelong mission: to become a lawyer who helps working people.

Earning his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1987, Pete has spent his career fighting for injured Ohioans. He has not only improved the lives of thousands of families but has also shaped Ohio law, winning four precedent-setting cases at the Ohio Supreme Court!

If you are going to mess around, don't do it on the clock!

Why? Because if you get injured at work due to "horseplay" or a practical joke, you are NOT eligible for Workers' Compensation in Ohio. Save the jokes for the weekend and stay safe on the job.
