Well, this was an exciting surprise! 🤩

Real estate transactions don’t always follow a straight path, and this one certainly had its share of challenges along the way.

Today, though, we’re celebrating a successful closing and some very happy buyers and sellers. While Marrisa and I represented the best interests of our respective clients, it was collaboration, communication, hard work, and trust that ultimately got us to the closing table.
