The Austin Board of REALTORS® and Unlock MLS are committed to compliance with all antitrust and competition laws. ABoR and Unlock MLS meetings, events, and classes ("meetings") are governed by the ABoR and Unlock MLS Antitrust Policy, which includes the following objectives:
1) ABoR and Unlock MLS’s activities will increase competition and must not function to reduce competition;
2) ABoR and Unlock MLS are not and will not be a forum to develop collective action plans, suggest agreements, or share information that would reduce competition; and
3) Members attending ABoR and Unlock MLS meetings will adhere to the ABoR and Unlock MLS Antitrust Policy to minimize the risk of even the appearance of anticompetitive conduct. Members must report any suspected violation of this antitrust policy to [email protected]. Silence is not enough.
