Last week was a bittersweet 🥹 moment for my clients and for me. While we 🎉celebrated🎉 the closing of their home🏡, it also marked the end of a meaningful chapter. Over the past six years, they became more than clients; they became friends and neighbors. Watching them move on brings both excitement for what’s ahead and sadness in saying goodbye. Huge congrats to Daniel and Natalie! Daniel and I go way back—nearly 20 years. He was actually my manager back in my Coyote Ugly days (yes, really!) before I ever got into real estate. Since then, I’ve had the honor of helping him and his family navigate through several real estate chapters.

This time, I got to help him and his amazing partner Natalie find their new home together…just down the hall from where they were, but with more space and a killer view of the Capitol 🙌

It’s never a dull moment with these two, and always such a pleasure. I’m beyond grateful for the friendships that came out of those service industry years. They’re chosen family, and celebrating these milestones with them? That’s everything.
