Last Friday, USCIS confirmed the H-2B cap for the first half of FY 2027 is officially full.

The final receipt date was September 4, meaning petitions filed after that, unless exempt, won't count toward this filing window. If you've got workforce needs for April 2027 or later, the second half of the fiscal year is where to focus next.
