An ex-NFL cheerleader has alleged discrimination because NFL has different rules of conduct for cheerleaders than for football players. As an employment lawyer, this case is very interesting to me. We normally see equality examined in areas of pay and benefits. I'm glad to see it examined with regard to rules of conduct as well. http://ow.ly/BZZ930jkN9k

The Labor Board has ruled that Google's firing of the guy who wrote that women are not biologically suited for coding was legal. Note: employees' right to complain about the terms and conditions of their employment does not extend to conduct that could lead to a hostile work environment.
