Last week, the Weaver Law Team was lucky enough to roll into INK (Interactive Neighborhood for Kids) in Oakwood, Georgia, and let’s just say… this place is pretty cool! 🤩

If you haven’t been, INK is a hands-on children’s museum where kids ages 2–12 can step into a kid-sized town and let their imaginations run wild. From pretending to be doctors and veterinarians to climbing into emergency vehicles and taking a spin in a real airplane cockpit, there’s a whole world to explore! And the best part? They’re learning about the real world while having a blast doing it. 🙌

The Weaver Team brought a full breakfast for the INK team to enjoy, including premium coffee from Phoenix Roasters and a hearty Chick-fil-A breakfast complete with delicious chicken biscuits!

There’s no better way to start the day than with good coffee, a full belly, and a little appreciation for the people who work hard to make a difference in our community. 💙 We absolutely loved getting to spend the morning with the folks at INK and show our appreciation for all they do to create a place where kids can play, learn, and discover something new around every corner.

Here are just a few fun facts about INK that we think are pretty awesome:

🚒 Real Emergency Vehicles: Kids can climb inside an authentic Hall County Sheriff’s vehicle and explore a vintage 1927 American La France fire truck.

💇‍♀️ So Many Careers to Explore: Veterinarian, dentist, bank teller, hairdresser, or pilot — kids can try them all!

🍔 A Retro 1950s Diner: Complete with a jukebox, old 45 records, and a vintage Coca-Cola machine. Talk about a blast from the past!

✈️ The Polkadot Airplane: This custom airplane exhibit was hand-decorated by local volunteers over a year and a half. How cool is that?!

🧸 Preschool Paradise: A dedicated, secure play space for toddlers and preschoolers to explore at their own pace.

INK is also a favorite destination for school field trips, church groups, moms’ groups, childcare centers, and homeschool students — making it a place where learning and imagination come together for the whole community.

Boo Boo got a super fun visit from Mike Weaver over at Weaver Law Firm. This sweet guy has been waiting for his forever family for a while now, and Mike stepped up to hang out, share some love, and help this handsome pup get noticed.

$710,000.00 recovery for a fall down the stairs in a restaurant. A Weaver Law client fell down a poorly lit flight of stairs in a restaurant, suffering a fracture to one leg and severe bruising to the other. Initially, the insurance company refused to pay anything, contending that the video of the incident proved our client was at fault for the fall. Weaver Law Injury Attorneys attorney Dan Parr thoroughly analyzed photographs from the video and submitted a demand letter that proved the business was at fault. The insurance company then quickly paid the demanded amount without litigation. Case Closed.

🚐💰 CHA-CHING! TAKE IT TO THE BANK!

The Weaver Law Van pulled up to United Community Bank in Downtown Gainesville with some delicious Chick-fil-A chicken biscuits, assorted donuts from Dunkin’, and gourmet coffee from our pals at Phoenix Roasters. We wanted to show our appreciation for the team and say thanks for all they do for our community! 🙌

These folks do a lot more than just handle the money. They’re helping customers make big decisions, answering questions, solving problems, and taking care of people day in and day out. We had a great time stopping by and showing the United Community Bank team some love. 💙 Thanks for letting us hang out with you!

As teachers gear up for another exciting school year, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you for everything they do for our community's students. We had a great morning delivering fresh coffee from our friends at Phoenix Roasters to help kick-start the day and showing a little appreciation to the incredible educators who make a difference every single day.

To add a little extra fun, three lucky teachers were selected in a drawing to receive gift certificates for a complimentary lunch at Alpha Gyro Grill! 🎉🌯
