Usually, I’m talking about getting the keys. This time, I got to put in some work before the doors go up. 🔨🏡

Being on this build reminded me how many hands it takes to turn homeownership into a reality. Behind every wall is someone’s time, effort, and care—and eventually, a family’s fresh start.

Grateful to be part of the work and keep learning along the way. Hard hat and all! 👷🏾‍♀️

Rebuilding your credit can feel overwhelming, but your dream of homeownership doesn’t have to stay on hold. Start with these three practical steps:

1. Review your credit reports and dispute any errors.
2. Pay every bill on time and reduce credit card balances.
3. Create a savings plan for your down payment and closing costs.

Small steps can build confidence, clarify your options, and move you closer to qualifying for your future home.

DM me “GUIDE” for your FREE buyer’s guide. Let’s help you get ready! 🔑

I’ve been noticing something lately …

A lot of people aren’t saying “I don’t want to buy a home.”

They’re saying:

“I need to fix my credit first.”
“I probably won’t qualify.”
“Maybe next year.”

But they’ve never actually found out where they stand.

And that’s exactly why I collaborated with Jasmine Mortgage to create the Buying While Rebuilding Your Credit Guide.

This isn’t about convincing you to buy a house tomorrow.

It’s about helping you understand where you are today and what the path forward could look like.

Because even if you’re not mortgage-ready yet, you can still start getting homebuyer-ready.

The guide is completely FREE.

Comment “GUIDE” or DM me “GUIDE” and I’ll send it over. 🏡

True story: one of my proudest moments in real estate was closing on a half-million-dollar home in just 8 days.

And when I tell you the amount of moving parts it takes to get from contract to closing in eight days is diabolical 😂. Lender, attorney, inspection, appraisal, paperwork, deadlines, constant communication—and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

But that deal taught me a lot about the kind of Realtor I am.

Real estate isn’t always pretty houses, showings and closing photos. A lot of the work happens behind the scenes. It’s staying on top of people. Following up when you haven’t heard back. Catching problems before they become bigger problems. Keeping your client calm while you’re quietly handling ten things at once.

That same drive still shows up in how I work today. When there’s a goal, I’m going to figure out how to get us there.

Eight days was definitely not the norm—but it reminded me that in this business, you have to be able to move when it’s time to move.

And yes… we closed. 🏡🔑

Just sharing today’s rate update for anyone thinking about buying or simply keeping an eye on the market. 🏡 These are national averages, but it’s always good to stay informed.

I’m also looking forward to connecting with more buyers, homeowners, and real estate professionals here. If buying is on your radar, feel free to reach out—I’m always open to a conversation.

Rates are still higher than a lot of buyers would like — I get it. But I also don’t want you sitting on the sidelines assuming homeownership doesn’t make sense without actually running the numbers.

The rates shown here are national averages, not a quote or guaranteed rate. Your actual rate can vary based on your loan type, finances, lender, points and other factors.

And remember: your first mortgage rate doesn’t necessarily have to be your forever rate. If rates improve down the road, refinancing may be an option. The bigger question is whether buying makes sense for you right now.

If you’re already financially prepared, have steady income, and you’ve been thinking about buying in Georgia, let’s have a conversation.

DM me “READY” and let’s see what your next move could look like. 🏡

I’ll give credit where it’s due — even small steps toward reinvesting in underserved communities matter. But Atlanta residents have been sounding the alarm about food deserts for years. Access to healthy, affordable food shouldn’t take this long to become a priority. Hopefully this is the beginning of real, lasting change and not just another talking point.

This is why community involvement matters. People are tired of only seeing money poured into reacting to problems instead of preventing them in the first place. Safe communities are built through investment in people, housing, mental health, transportation, parks, and intervention programs — not just policing after the damage is already done.
Shout out to everyone who showed up and spoke out despite the weather. Atlanta is growing rapidly, and residents deserve transparency on where funding is going and whether it truly reflects the needs of the people living here every day.
