In addition, Cynthia has served on the Board of Governors for the Georgia Institute of Real Estate, the training arm of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS, since 2011. In 2016, she was appointed Dean for the Board of Governors. In 2018, she led a task force that successfully worked with an independent Marketing company to rename and rebrand the Georgia Institute of Real Estate as Capitus. A proud UGA alum, Cynthia is a self-professed workaholic and enjoys traveling with her husband John to visit their seven children and eight grandchildren located throughout the country.
