We just closed on our next project, and this one's exciting.

1125 Indale Place in Oakland City, right along the Beltline trail, the same neighborhood we featured on our Exploring the U series. Built in 1920 with fantastic bones: three bedrooms, one bath, about 1,300 square feet. We're adding a second bathroom and reworking the layout to fit how people actually live today.
